Your back doesn't need rest.

One common thread
It is not a collection of loose exercises. It is a method that runs from session 1 to session 17.
Is this for you?

Does this sound familiar?

You have had the same back pain for months, or years — and it keeps coming and going.

You have tried rest, stretching, even occasional physiotherapy — and it comes back.

You have been told you have "something on the scan", but you do not quite understand what it has to do with your pain.

On bad days it limits you. On good days, it is always at the back of your mind.

The problem is usually not the tissue. It is how it moves, how it is loaded and how your nervous system responds. That can be worked on. And it can be learned.

The method

What the Reset Program is

An active-physiotherapy programme on video, designed so that you understand what is happening in your back and learn to move in a different way. It is not a collection of exercises: it is a method with a common thread that runs from session 1 to session 17.

01

Muscle chains

Your body works in chains, not in isolated parts. We work from there.

02

Pain that is learned

Pain is a signal from the nervous system, not always from the tissue. Understanding this changes how you work on it.

03

Stress and the body

Context affects your back physically. Somatisation is not "making it up": it is physiology.

04

3D costal breathing

The diaphragm also stabilises the spine. It appears in every session because it matters in every one.

Who's behind it

The programme I run in the clinic, on video

I'm Julia López, a physiotherapist. I have spent years in the clinic seeing the same pattern: people with recurring back pain who have passed through many hands and are still no better. Not because the treatment was poor, but because the part about understanding and loading well was missing.

The Reset Program is the video version of what I do in the clinic. With the same scientific basis, the same order and the same judgement.
