This website (bnfitstudio.es) is a project by Julia López Álvarez, physiotherapist registered under no. 7833 with the Professional College of Physiotherapists of Andalusia, operating in Málaga (Spain).

What data we process and why
We only process the data you provide voluntarily:
- Contact and waitlist forms: name and email address, to reply to your enquiry, manage your request and send you information about the programme when you ask for it.
- Physiotherapy sessions and consultations: if you book a service, we may process health data needed to provide care. This data belongs to special categories and is processed with your explicit consent and the utmost confidentiality.
- Browsing: basic technical data (IP address, device type, pages visited) for security and statistical purposes.
Legal basis
- Your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- The performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps when you request a service.
- The legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working properly.
- Compliance with legal obligations (for example, health or tax obligations) where applicable.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as we maintain a relationship with you and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Health data is kept for the period set out in healthcare regulations. When it is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
Recipients
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. It is only accessed by the providers that supply services to us (web hosting, email and management tools), acting as data processors under contract. The hosting of this website is managed by Hostinger.
International transfers
If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it is done with the safeguards set out in the General Data Protection Regulation.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and you may withdraw your consent. To do so, write to the contact address indicated above. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
